PAINT. Interior with vinyl sprayed on textured paint and stippled finished on vertical surfaces and fine textured finish on horizontal surfaces. Wooden carpentry coated with nitrocellulose lacquer.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM. Pre-installation for air conditioning in living room and bedrooms.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION. Prepared according to plans, complying with regulations in force.

INTERIOR DEVELOPMENT Communal Plot.
