ROOFS. The sloping roof will be formed by wood trusses on which the bricks and the reinforced compression layer will be laid, finished in mixed ceramic tiles. The flat roof will be made by formation of slopes with thermal insulation, voided or cellular concrete, settlement layer, impermeable membrane and paved finish.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY in white lacquered aluminium and shutters with aluminium slats. Solid front door in Scots pine with 3-point security lock, including security hinges and panoramic spy hole.

GAS. Piped gas installation prepared for central heating boiler and hot water Junkers or similar brand. Central tank on communal plot with pipe work required for each apartment, prepared for individual meter.
