Apartment fully equipped with tol electricto appliances and household items. Air conditioning: a weekly supplement of 25 € is required. No animtos admitted without authorization.
Stays over 2 months: a deposit of 1 month and payement of 1 month are required in advance. Minimum stay 7 nights. For shorter stays please check.

* This price is not valid during the summer season (june, july, august and september) nor Easter. A 10% discount on the weekly base price shall apply to monthly stays over these dates.
Keys: Keys are handed over after 13:00. Keys must be handed back in our offices at 10:00.
A deposit of 150 € (including VAT) must be given when the keys are handed over. This shall be returned upon departure after the apartment has been checked.
Booking cancellation: Article 27 of Decree 30/1993, dated 8 March, from the Regional Government of Valencia shall apply.
The allocation of specific apartments will be always subject to the availability of the moment of the entrance.
