BOOKING CONDITIONS

Apartment at Alfaz del Pi town fully equipped with all electrical appliances and household items.

No animals admitted without authorization.

Stays over 2 months: a deposit of one month and payment of one month are required in advance.

Minimum stay: 7 nights. For shorter stays please check.

Air conditioning: a weekly supplement of 25 € is required. (VAT included)

Keys: Keys are handed over after 13:00. Keys must be handed back in our offices at 10:00.

Deposit: A deposit of 150 € must be given when the keys are handed over. This shall be returned upon departure after the apartment has been checked.

Booking cancellation: Article 27 of Decree 30/1993, dated 8 March, from the Regional Government of Valencia shall apply.

The allocation of specific apartments will be always subject to the availability of the moment of the entrance.
